Refund Process
In the unlikely event of an erroneous donation, we will respond to the donor’s claim for repayment within 7 business days of receiving a valid refund request. The processing time for the refund will vary depending on the type of credit card or banking instrument used during the original transaction.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, supporters must adhere to the following conditions:
- Timely Request: Supporters must submit a written refund request within 2 days of making the donation. The request should include proof of the donation deduction and the donor’s bank details.
- Original Receipt: If a donation receipt has been issued, the supporter must return the original receipt to our office address.
- Tax Exemption Certificate: If a tax exemption certificate has been issued, we regret that we cannot process a refund. Tax exemption certificates are non-refundable.
Refund Due to Our Error
In cases where the refund claim is valid and attributable to an error on our part, we will promptly reimburse the full donation amount and assume any associated costs.
Non-Refundable Donations
Donations that are not claimed for refund within two days of the transaction date will be considered non-refundable.
